A long time neighbor's moving away
Easier, I think, to leave than be left
abandoned, a touch bereft.

In that last hour, it could be said,the place itself seemed to wish me dead.
It felt violent
I grew silent
Once she departed
still open hearted
my self survives.
An empty apartment's a hollow compartment.
All things change course
correcting by force
chance, and circumstance.

its continual mystery.
