Two hand fulls each of arugula and dandelion greens
One blood orange broken into bite size pieces
Two avocados quartered
A cup of cooked adzuki beans
Arrange attractively on a plate
Garnish with fresh rosemary, three crushed green peppercorns, and a generous handful of slivered toasted almonds.
Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette
and flax oil over all.
Serve with side of Bloody English humor.
