It's high tide coming in now, and on TV I'm watching the beaches on long island flood, streets disappear, and reporters hurtling across highways as wind picks up. So far, just rain in my exact location - other places, flooding, 16-20 Foot waves, wind shifting East, then west, trees down, flying debris, power lines down and power outages.More to come today - after the surge, Irene's winds will hit my area. - I'm fine.
