Music Muse Monday MUSIC ON THE KNIFE'S EDGE

Music Muse
The music of paint
The lifetime of one painter

"O'Keeffe first came to the attention of the New York art community in 1916, several decades before women had gained access to art training in America’s colleges and universities, and before any of its women artists were
well known or highly celebrated.
Within a decade, she had distinguished herself
as one of America's most important modern artists, a position she maintained throughout her life."

Of course this is for Grace--it's totally Grace inspired after yesterdays emails between us, I dreamed of New Mexico and Georgia whom I've loved a long time. I emailed her the links.

These were wonderful videos and I've enjoyed my visit so much. Older son lives in Taos, in an adobe of great age, and is always trying to describe this area to me. I've enjoyed seeing it through Ms. O'Keefe's eyes as well as his. She the painter, he the writer and I the dreamer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!
