A TIME TO DIE

I loved him, millions loved him.
I first met him as a teenager doing a scholarship turn at the American Shakespeare Festival in Connecticut, where he visited to lead 'hootenannys' on the lawn,  and I was present at many more events throughout time, A man of honor and courage has left the world.

He left  an archive of a well lived life that will be remembered, and carried forward.  He remains
forever young in our hearts.

Post Script
I am back from Florida, exhausted, but exhilarated by the love and generosity of a dear, dear friend.  More on that when I recover from 25 hours on a train.  I think I'm getting too old for this sort of long distance travel.

The world is less bright without him, but the light he lit burns on. I feel so happy to have been alive while he was. x
