THIS MOON

I live close to ground surrounded by buildings. So this hunters moon, though round, is intersected and framed by line and leaf. Taken after midnight near Gramercy Park, Manhattan.

Framed by night, branches and leaves, Michelle, you have taken a most special photo of the moon. Here in New Mexico, it is a little after 4 am. I opened our front door, we have an archway a bit beyond our door and La Luna is framed almost in the center, high, bright in the night sky, illuminating my path...same moon, different view, connecting all of us.

Dear beloveds...for that's what you are to me, I am thrilled when you visit, and delighted when your approve of the offerings I lay out here. Really, I'm a seventy three year-old child in this way. It was lovely to be outside in this particular location which was deserted after midnight. I'm a nocturnal creature at heart.
