What does one need?
Sorted the batteries and prepared three flashlights plus three long burning candles in glass and checked the portable radio too. I prepared ready to eat food, filled the water jugs and became slightly obsessed with updating weather reports here and around the planet, until I realized I had fallen into a hyper-vigilant state!
I was able to pull back from it.

I enjoyed this.
