'Music in Bloom' begins at 7pm and doesn't end until Fionnula Flanagan brings down the house with the final "yes!" of the entire uncensored Molly Bloom monologue. Performers include Flanagan, David Margulies and more. Hosted and staged by Isaiah Sheffer. in partnership with the Irish Arts Center.

The Writer's Almanac
James Joyce fans all over the world are celebrating Bloomsday. It commemorates the day on which the events of his novel Ulysses take place. Joyce chose June 16th, 1904, for the setting because it was the day of his first date with Nora Barnacle, his future wife.
