I was preparing a post, but had to stop since I can not focus my eyes any more tonight. I'll save it for the next one, meanwhile here's a piece of it:
Above: A braided thread thing in process to hold this found peace sign, working it a little bit at a time daily as a calming practice. Below: two strands of thin thread upon which my tentative balance seems to rest.
