WELLNESS

 For two mornings each week we spend time watching our bodies, time giving attention in a concentrated and relaxed way to what works, and how it works, time moving in and out of various postures in order to find the balance points, time for that entity which carries us through time, time to be aware, to appreciate and nurture.
