Meditate

Daily reminders are sent and read
Daily meditation session wherever I happen to be

Puja Fire
Burning a little piece of pine daily through February
gathered from discarded holiday trees

Focus
A portion of the 'sacred' shelf behind my computer

Silence
Random meditative walks in quiet places

Flexibility

knowing when to stop and take care
Today I am Unwell
