Except to refer back to the post of November 28th, to restate my admiration for the women who have found the courage to come forward publicly and to say I have enormous sympathy for the many good men whose past mistakes have caught up with them and who have been mowed down by the current avalanche of recriminations.
I will miss many of them.

George Winston! I saw him perform a few times back in the 80s, he performed in big concert halls alone on stage, barefoot. It was magical.
I feel a mix of compassion and disappointment, anger and a fierce joy at these events(its complex in here). For many of them as Uma said "I'm glad its slow you don't deserve a bullet"
(((Michelle))) feminist Australian writer Helen Garner wrote a very controversial book about these issues called "The First Stone" back in 1995, it's worth reading to gain a different perspective on a complex issue.

Thank you for this, Michelle. I had forgotten how much I love Winston's "Winter" an album I listened to each December while I was a Hawaiian living on her Hawaiian Island. Such complexity in displacement.
